Development Roadmap

The phased journey from GHOSTDAG to DagKnight to vProgs. Covers the Crescendo and Covenants++ hard forks, development phases, key dependencies, and target capabilities including 30,000+ TPS with near-instant finality.

Applications & Use Cases

What is being built on Kaspa today and what becomes possible with vProgs. Covers ZK covenant rollups, native assets, inline ZK covenants, based ZK applications, DeFi primitives, DAOs, privacy, and enterprise use cases. Organized by Phase 1 (standalone) and Phase 2 (composability).

KII Foundation

The Kaspa Industrial Initiative Foundation is the enterprise adoption arm of the Kaspa ecosystem. Sector initiatives in finance, supply chain, energy, and government. Programs include an incubator, hackathons, grants, and education campaigns.

Partners & Projects

A directory of teams and projects building on or contributing to the Kaspa ecosystem. Includes core protocol developers, application builders, tooling creators, and research contributors.

How It All Connects

The ecosystem is structured around a layered dependency chain:

GHOSTDAG --> DagKnight (consensus ordering)
                |
          Covenants++ (L1 programmability primitives)
                |
          vProgs (off-chain execution + on-chain ZK verification)
                |
          Applications (DeFi, DAOs, enterprise, privacy)

Each layer enables the next. The Roadmap tracks progress across all four phases, while Applications details what becomes possible at each stage.

The KII Foundation works to bring enterprise and institutional demand to the platform, and the Community provides the connective tissue between developers, researchers, and users.
